We understand that when buying or selling a property, the completion date is often uncertain. Even so, we’re happy to provide a free, no‑obligation quote, and if you decide to proceed, we can pencil in provisional dates and offer you first refusal once your completion date is confirmed.
To help us prepare an accurate estimate, we’ll need the following information:

• The size of your property
• What you are moving (for example, large items, boxes, or anything awkward)
• Whether you would like to use our packing service
• The floor you are moving from and to
• Any parking restrictions at either property

Good to note:

• If you are completing the sale or purchase of your property on the day of your move, please be aware that this can add time to the process. Key exchange usually takes place around 1pm, but delays can sometimes occur.
• On the day of your move, we’ll arrive punctually and ready to work. We take care of loading and unloading the vans — all we ask is that your belongings are ready and packed (see our packing service information if you would like help with packing or unpacking).
If you would like assistance with furniture disassembly, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
